* FOR INDIVIDUALS 0% VAT rate is applied in accordance with Article 13 of the Law on VAT. 7, so prices are exclusive of VAT. FOR LEGAL ENTITIES - the exemption does not apply, therefore 21% VAT will be added to the indicated prices. 

• Non-standard packaging 
  
  If the total length of the sides shall be equal or more than 180 cm, or one side is equal or longer than 120 cm -> the weight coefficient 1,3 shall be applied. If the total length of the sides shall be equal or more than 300 cm,  or one side is equal or longer than 200 cm  -> the weight coefficient 1,5 shall be applied. For example: if a parcel measures 100x100x10 and weighs 30 kg -> it will be charged as a 39 kg parcel.
  
  
  The maximum possible length of one side of the package when shipping via DPD couriers is 3 m. If length of one side of the package is longer than 3 m, additional fees may apply. • Pickup of shipments
  
  Shipments in Lithuania are picked up in Kaunas and Vilnius pickup points or sent via DPD courier to Inpost self-service parcel terminals or DPD pickup points. If shipments weighing more than 30 kg, courier will deliver shipment to the first-floor door. If you want shipments to be delivered to other floors you need to pay an additional fee for the carrying service (the price of the service is 110,00 PLN).
  If shipments are received without package, box or improperly packaged, an additional fee may apply for packaging.
• DPD stevedoring 
  
  You can choose DPD stevedoring service for shipments from 0,01 kg to 80 kg. The price of this service is 110,00 PLN.
  
  
  Each additional 50 kg + 65,00 PLN. The maximum limit for shipments is 480 kg.
  
  
  For example order with a total shipment weight of 480 kg. The price would be 20 + 65 * 8 = 540,00 PLN.
  
  
  The maximum weight of an indivisible item can be up to 80 kg. Total weight of shipments may be higher.
  
  
  For individuals DPD stevedoring service VAT charge is not applied. VAT applies to legal persons.
• Shipment insurance
  
  Insurance rates for shipments:
  
  
  22 PLN, for shipments valued up to 430 PLN.
  
  
  44 PLN, for shipments valued up to 2150 PLN.
  
  
  66 PLN, for shipments valued up to 4300 PLN.
  
  
  88 PLN, for shipments valued up to 6450 PLN.
  
  
  110 PLN, for shipments valued up to 8600 PLN.
  
  
  132 PLN, for shipments valued up to 10750 PLN.
  
  
  154 PLN, for shipments valued up to 12900 PLN.
  
  
  176 PLN, for shipments valued up to 15050 PLN.
  
  
  198 PLN, for shipments valued up to 17200 PLN.
  
  
  220 PLN, for shipments valued up to 19350 PLN.
• Picking up of shipments from German DHL terminal
  
  If shipment is left at the German DHL pick-up terminal, the pick-up price from the terminal is 44,00 PLN for each shipment. Pickups are available ONLY from this terminal (DHL Filiale Am Ohmberg Neue Str. 2a).
• Shipments from UK
  • ALL shipments from UK are applied to import VAT fee (21% of the value of the parcel and the value of its shipping costs).
  • Shipments from UK are applied to an administration fee:
    Shipment value from 0,00 PLN to 650,00 PLN – 39,99 PLN;
  • Parcels exceeding 650 PLN will not be transported temporarily;
  • Goods that are prohibited (clause 3.4 of the rules), will not be transported, for which you will have to pay a fee for acceptance and return to the seller (which will depend on the dimensions and weight of the shipment).
• Shipments from Japan
  • ALL shipments from Japan are applied to import VAT fee (21% of the value of the parcel and the value of its shipping costs).
  • Shipments from Japan are applied to an administration fee:
    Shipment value from 0,00 PLN to 650,00 PLN – 39,99 PLN.
    Shipment value from 650,00 PLN and more – 129,99 PLN.
    BuyEU packaging fee  – 6,50 PLN.
  • Shipments from Japan are calculated by volumetric weight (length*width*height / 5000 = volumetric weight). Weight or volumetric weight, which is higher, is taken, and the final price is calculated based on that.
  • The maximum size and weight of shipments from Japan is 50x50x60 cm and 30 kg.
  • Shipments from Japan with integraded lithium batteries applies an additional charge - 44,00 PLN.
• Storage conditions
  
  Customer parcels received at the PirkEU warehouse are stored free of charge for 30 calendar days from the moment when shipment status changes to "Shipment at the distribution center, ready for dispatch/collection". At the end of this period, a storage fee of 5,00 PLN per day shall be charged for each parcel.
• Completion fee
  
  The cost of the Parcel Assembly service is 5 PLN. This amount is calculated from your second parcel onwards, for each shipment. Consolidation of shipments is not carried out between EU and third-country shipments. Shipments can be combined either in a foreign country or upon reaching Lithuania. Shipments are not and cannot be stored in foreign warehouses. All shipments are dispatched with the next available shipment. Additionally, you have the option to wait for your shipments free of charge for 30 days. After this period, a storage fee is applied: 1 day – 5 PLN. After placing and paying for an order, order modification is not allowed: no additional shipments can be added, orders cannot be split, or otherwise modified.

• Additional services in POLAND
  • Pickup from In Post 24/7 pickup point in Suwalki.
    Pick-up from this In Post 24/7 pickup point in Suwalki - price 20,00 PLN for each shipment, pick-up from another pickup points in Suwalki - price 20,00 PLN for each shipment. It is NOT possible to pick up from pickup points in OTHER CITIES.
  • Pick up of large shipments from popular stores and supermarkets.
    The price is calculated individually.
• Additional services in the CZECH REPUBLIC
  • Pickup from Zásilkovna pickup point in Staňkov.
    Pick-up from this Zásilkovna pickup point in Staňkov is FREE.
    It is NECESSARY to provide the telephone number of our Czech warehouse (you will find it in the address section of the warehouse). It is NOT possible to pick up from pickup points in OTHER CITIES.
• Additional services in ITALY
  • We can collect packages from the nearest collection point for an additional fee.
    Distance from the warehouse up to 2,5 km - price 22,00 PLN.
    Distance from the warehouse up to 5 km - price 44,00 PLN.
    Distance from the warehouse up to 10 km (max) - price 88,00 PLN.

• Shipments from the USA
  • All shipments from the USA are subject to import VAT (21% of the value of the shipment plus shipping costs).
  • Shipments from the USA are subject to an administration fee:
  • Shipment value from 0,00 PLN 650,00 PLN - 39,99 PLN.
  • Shipment value from 650,00 PLN.  650,00 and more - 129,99 PLN.
  • Packing fee for BuyEU - 10 PLN.
  • For shipments from the USA, the volumetric weight is calculated (length*width*height / 5000 = volumetric weight). The weight or the volumetric weight, whichever is higher, is used to calculate the final price.
  • The maximum size and weight of parcels from the USA by air must not exceed the following dimensions: 72 x 48 x 40 in. and 30kg.
